Anxiety
You've
always been a nervous person, but with your daughter's wedding
coming up in a few months you've become a wreck. You lie
in bed late at night thinking about the arrangements-and
the bills. Your stomach is always queasy, and you've been
popping aspirin for headaches nearly every day. You run
around the house taking notes and making phone calls, but
sometimes you stop in the middle of the room and can't remember
what you were doing.
Today
you've spent the past hour crying, because your daughter
called and had the nerve to tell you that you're annoying
everyone! What could she mean? You're only trying to help.
